The funny thing is most of their data is dated. They do surveys so far in advance that it can't react to wild pendulum swings in the mkt like the past 12 mos. It's like buying an OG travel guide book now. The recos are from 18+ months prior & how many places are still open? 🤷🏻♀️

From someone who has used benchmarks to create salary models- a word of caution about the quality of data. Most benchmark data is company reported, and role+level mapping is highly subjective- leading to data with immense variance/bad quality :)
